A look back into 2015 for Kinetic Media

It’s 2016…I know right where did all that time go? As a company we had an amazing 2015 and we are geared up and ready for a fantastic 2016, we hope you are too! Each year I like to reflect on the past twelve months and review everything that has been accomplished - you should try it, it is nearly always a lot more than you think, whether it be on a personal or business level. So here’s our 2015 at a glance.

Video Production

Many videos were created over 2015 so much so we had to expand the video production team with an Assistant Filmmaker, and what an asset Hayley has been - she has expanded her skills and knowledge incredibly. We can’t wait to see what her creative flair has for Kinetic Media in 2016.

We created videos for Genie Care, Sidhil Limited and the British Healthcare Trades Association (BHTA) to name a few. The BHTA was a very interesting and different project for us with it promoting a lifetime achievement award for the well-know Ray Hodgkinson, the team kept it quiet, and even managed to sneak an interview with the man himself! It was great to learn about Rays’ history and to get to know everyone at the BHTA. If you would like to watch the video click here.

EquipMyHome

Well where do I start…EquipMyHome really built momentum in 2015 and gaining over 42 product suppliers, resulting in an array of community equipment being inputted onto the portal. Being present at the OT show back in November also brought EquipMyHome immense interest from Occupational Therapists and an OT directory was created due to this interest.

EquipMyHome’s next step is to get more self-funders visiting the portal on a daily basis and we have massive plans for 2016 with this offering, so watch this space.

Learning Management System (LMS)

It was all systems go, excuse the pun, on the LMS last year, especially since Medequip commissioned Kinetic Media for all of their training needs. Our video production team busied themselves creating video for Health and Safety, Information Governance and Scanner Training, whilst the development team revamped the management information section. The all-new MI is incredibly informative and aesthetically pleasing with new features such as the option to download reports in a cvs format.

Both parties are looking forward to the launch on the 19th January and additionally we are excited about more people being trained through our platform in 2016!

As you can see Kinetic Media had some massive accomplishments in 2015 and we have come a long way since our formation in 2013 but as always we couldn’t have done any of it without our dedicated hardworking team and most importantly the support from our wonderful customers! Here’s to an amazing 2016.
